Fun, fitness and friendship – this is the goal of Cape Town Masters Swimming. In addition, we also aim to promote understanding and competition between swimmers.

It is not uncommon for masters swimmers to be in their eighties and nineties – still going strong. You don’t have to be a former champ; men and women compete in the same races and former champions compete with rank beginners. This means that all swimmers are welcome at Cape Town Masters Swimming – be it competitive or social. We’d love to have you!
